I've eaten frogs legs...they taste like chicken.  Once I ate chocolate covered ants...until I found out what I was eating.  I've eaten all sorts of seafood, including the ones you mentioned.

Boiled silkworms(taste like watered down parmesan cheese), crocodile meat(fishy tasting chicken), grilled snake with sweet sauce(tastes like dried sweet meat).
