i was thinking it was "even thought the median is lost the idea lives on".. something along those lines...lol

i guess where in going with this is that the books were lost but the message they carried lives somewhere... though i have to tie that in with characterization used by the author,,, but I'm not sure how to really tie both together... or, well, what characterization in the story really illustrates my theme...

is my theme not the best? or am i missing some use full characterization?

do you have a better theme? do you have some characterization?

or umm some characterization that fits with my theme? etc????

any help is welcomed and very appreciated!

Thank You in advance! :D

  1. That's a good theme, but I don't think it encompasses enough of the book.  In the larger picture, the focus was on the problems that arise in a mandated utopia, or controlled society.  So you could use your theme as the characterization of a larger theme.  Example:

Theme:  Although governments may try to control a society, there will always be those who will rebel against conformity.

Illustration of Theme:  Even though the medium is lost, the idea lives on...

    Best of luck.
