hi my dads going to iraq and i was wondering what the time difference was. Say its 12:00 noon at usa what time would it be in iraq?

Iraq is 8 hrs ahead of eastern time, 9 hrs ahead of central time, 10 hrs ahead of mountain time and 11 hours ahead of pacific time.

12:00 eastern is 8:00 in Iraq

12:00 central is 9:00 in Iraq

12:00 mountain is 10:00 in Iraq

12:00 pacific is 11:00 in Iraq

IF IT IS 10.20 IN THE NIGHT, IT IS 6.20am in iraq.

The other answers here are correct, but they miss one important factor.  Iraq does not do Daylight Savings Time, so remember that the ratio will change twice a year.
