Whats the title of that movie?

Ive been searching a while for these two movies:

The first one if about a guy who goes on a desperate search to find a girl he saw and fell for on the bus but he can only remember her underwear which were accidently was showing as the wind blew and she climbed on the bus. I thought it was molly ringwald that played the girl but i have no clue.

The next movie all I can remember is that it was a series of lil bits of shows in one and that this couple was having a picnic or something at a lake and this red thing scary looking thing came out the water after them.

I hope someone can help, I really would love to see these again...if u need more info I'll post it...

i dunno about the whole underwear thing but, I know he was searching for a girl from the bus. Lance Bass was in it.

The first one could be The Pick-up Artist.  Can't say I recall those details but they seem like they could fit.
