  1. The take off is extremely important. Unless you are floating off of a large huck, you really need to "pop" off of the lip of the jump, before you rotate. This will help you gain a little altitude, stay centered in the air, and allow a cleaner rotation.

When I say "pop", I mean come into the jump with your knees flexed, and just as you go over the top of it, give a little spring upwards. As soon as you do this, then throw into the rotation.

When you begin your rotation, look hard in the direction of your rotation. Really stretch your head. Your outside arm should also be reaching in the direction of rotation. The most important thing is to keep your head turned all of the way as far as possible. If you turn your head to start, then let it come back facing frontwards, the rotation will stop and you will land facing partially rotated, in a big pile of snow.

As you come around three quarters of the way, you should be able to spot a landing. Keep your eyes fixated on a landing spot, and the rest of your body will finish the rotation.

I feel like I overworded that stuff. Really, 360's are more mental than physical.

    Most important:

    * pop off the lip first before rotating.

    * get that head turned in the direction of rotation and KEEP it there! The minute you stop twisting your head, is the minute that you will crash!

    * you have to "believe" that you can do it. Any second guessing in the air will result in a crash!!

  2. you have to wind up on the way up the jump so you can spin fast and hard right away

(unless your doing it off like a 50ft table)

  3. The answer is easy from your description of lack of rotation. You quit looking where you are going too soon. Lead with your head, just as if you were diving off of a diving board, lead with your head, and keep leading.

The safest way to learn this maneuver is to take swim diving lessons.

  4. you just keep all of the power to your feet and then do a 360 i am not an expert but thats what i know

  5. u just do

  6. Best to master a 180 first. Once done, use a jump that has an elevated landing, versus a kicker. You don't need a ton of speed, but enough to make the revolution. Keep your head/eyes slightly ahead of your body. Remove your pole straps before attempting as well.  Good luck!
