  1. Assuming

    (1) It is a Federal Reserve Note instead of a Gold Certificate

    (2) The series is 1928 (not 1928A, 1928B or 1928C)

    (3) The serial number does not contain a star

    the lowest price price I find listed is $35 for a bill in "fine" condition issued by the Chicago Federal Reserve and the highest price I find listed is $495 for a bill in "GEM crisp uncirculated (65)" condition issued by the Minneapolis Federal Reserve.

    Of course, if the condition is less than "fine" the bill could easily be worth less than $35.
