Whats the warranty on the pantech duo?

i have had it for like a month and the thing inside the phone that the charger connects to broke off. would they cover that? i didnt drop it or anything. i just woke up and the thing fell out

  1. I have a 1 year warranty on my pantech duo. I think they will cover that. Call up at&t and ask.


  2. that would need to be looked over by a technician.  if it seems that due to excessive force, the connection broke off, they might not cover u.  but if it appears that it was jus a freak accident, they should.  call customer service and they should help u out.
