the chances of a tornado are quite low throughout Quebec, especially the northern part marked on the map. there they get real severe winter storms where it does not get above 0 for several days at a time. in the summer, average temp is about 55 Fahrenheit, winter about 5 Fahrenheit. it is also very dry, with an average yearly humidity of about 15 percent. hope this helps.
