Whats the weather like in cancun for the upcoming week?

Well this next week will be kind of tricky. Because of hurricane Gustav it will bring rain probably starting Saturday night and into all day Sunday. Once the hurricane/tropical storm Gustav passes it will be clear and beautiful again. As of now it shouldn't affect Cancún that much. Like I mentioned it will bring some rain and maybe a little wind, but it won't be that bad. Monday afternoon it will be all back to normal nice weather.

it will be fine by next tuesday but the hurricane has shifted closer to cancun. it is so hot here that it is likely to hit around 2 am sunday. we still have a few days to see if it shifts closer to cuba. check the national hurricane center.

It looks like (based on the link below) that there will be rains from the outer rain bands on Sunday.  But Cancun will be a long way from the high winds at the center of the storm.
