does the climate stay much the same or will it be cold?

As a guide only, expect minimum coastal day time temperatures of 22c. For night the minimum of 16c. You may get some hazy cloud, but be warned, you can still get sunburn very quickly. The sea temperature is more constant at a minimum of 22c.

Please bear in mind these are averages, so if you are lucky and hit a hot spell, great, but you could be unlucky and hit a cold rainy spell (unlikely)

It's hot but the evenings get chilly - not cold but cool enough for a jumper.

it's pretty warm all the time in the Canaries...sometimes the evenings can get a bit chilly...but you'll still comehome with a good tan!
