  1. Those are the IP addresses of two different DNS servers (in case one of them goes down). Your Internet provider should have supplied you with them.  If you are using a router, the IP adress of the router will do.  You only need that one, if yoru router goes down, you are dead in the water anyway.


  2. That's usually something that your ISP gives you.  But if you don't know it, you can usually just put in the IP of your router and that will work

    Try: 192.168.1.1
