Whats the world record time for being stood up and what your longest time

If you're stood up, by definition the person never shows and still hasn't shown to this day.  Given that, I would assume that the world record is the first person who ever stood someone up.  

I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for somebody who didn't call me to tell me they'd be late.  Even if they didn't stand me up, rudeness is still rudeness.

I have no clue what the record is... and I've never been stood up because all of my bfs have been obsessed with me!

I once stood a girl up in 1978 (We’d been seeing each other for some time. I never saw her again.). She contacted me through friends reunited three weeks ago. She asked me if I’d meant it when I asked her to marry me. Does that count as being stood up? Had she been waiting all these years for me to reappear? Only she knows the answer to that. I don’t think I want to! (Though I must say in hindsight I was a bloody mug and feel now like I wasted 30 years. She was lovely and I ended up with a right cow who ended up stabbing me and leaving me with two kids. Justice, perhaps!)

I believe that Aborigines in Australia are able to stand up for long periods of time on one foot...As part of their 'rite of passage' to become a man they have to stand still for days on end:-)
