The Southwest Pa, railroad is a short line,and it had derailments every few weeks up until they closed the connection with NS in Greensburg Pa Now nothing moves, no shipments in or out. The locomotives are junk, and the track is out dated with washouts everywhere.

I've worked for 3 railroads now and the more I see, the more they are the same.

So much depends on local supervisors and conditions.
