Imagine the poorest, driest parts of Africa. Then add Malaria, dengue, West Nile Disease, etc. And spread that over the whole planet. And that is the tip of the iceberg....

the air will become so toxic that only a few strains of bacteria will be able to use it.  the polar caps will melt and the volume of waterr will be such that only the very tips of the tallest mountains will be visible.  in the meantime....drought and flood are ruining crops...less food to go around.  there are already areas where breathing for a life time is the equivalent of smoking two pack a day.  species will disappear, and they already are...including us.  is that enough?
