Whats this about the "The Woman Vote"?

lol women voting for the woman, switching from Hilary to Palin at the drop of a dime, discounting the fact thats there's a significant difference between the two's stances. And they call people who didn't want Hilary in sexist... I see it as both that and severely hypocritical. Jumping the boat like that is blatantly sexist

i think that mcCains strategy of using Palin to grab the votes of Clinton supporters will backfire.  Palin is a very conservative republican.  and is extremelly different from Hillary.  And  Clinton suppporters are not very conservative.  the smart Hillary supporters wont fall for this sham, but of course there will be those idiots out there who do.

Actually the "women's vote" is as fragmented as any other sector's.

There were plenty of women who did not vote for Hillary because of her politics, but probably just as many if not more because they didn't like her "morality" or perceived lack thereof. Or just her, as an outspoken, aggressive woman. These women may well come out and vote for Palin as opposed to Hillary.

Not McCain but specifically Palin because they can identify with her.

Which l suppose is a step forward for women's opportunities- we have to take progress as it comes.

I guess that politicians assume that most people are sheeple. If 98% if blacks voted for Obama (because of skin color? Why?), then why not hope for the same for the female gender?
