Whats this bug i found in my garage!?

Whats this bug. Its been in one spot in my garage for like 1 month. Its just looks like a hornet and male mesqueeto.

Its a brown boxtail hornet, usually found in equatoria West Africa.  Known to host the ebola virus.  You might want to alert your local widelife authorities as i have a sneaking suspicion that it should not be in Illinois.

Maybe it's a Beetle.

Maybe is some sort of wasp or hornet.  I had a weird bug in my yard that this site helped me identify.  They're real busy but do get back to you.

A hornet or wasp of some type. Not sure exactly what kind but I am pretty sure it is not from Africa. If it has been there for that long then it is probably dying or already dead. I wouldn't worry.
