i know i asked this question a few days ago but the quote is still in my head and bugging me because i recknise it.

The quote is

" sometimes whether you did something, or wether you did nothing, its just as bad"

Or them words in a different order.

when i last asked this question someone replied with a quote by kennedy which was irrelivant and someone else told me what it ment....

I recently saw it on an advert for a programme for 'The Hills'.
