  1. It means that, long after you stop crying, the pain of losing someone you love will still be there.

  2. It sounds like some sort of love quote. this is just a guess but the author might be just trying to say,   The tears will stop, but the feeling of being hurt will stay forever.

  3. someone jizzed in her eye and dumped her and it left  a painful impact in her heart

  4. It is best to see quotes in context, but here's my guess...

"Sting in my eyes" is likely a reference to crying.  Teardrops that leave behind a "stinging" sensation.

So the quote probably means one/both of the following:

*Even though you may not see any external evidence of my pain, internally the pain continues and will not stop"

    or,

"Just because I'm no longer crying doesn't mean I've stopped hurting.  I will always carry a deeper, more profound pain within me the rest of my life".

    Hope that helps

  5. it probably means that a person may only cry now, but the pain will always be with them

  6. Whenever there is a pain in our body whether it is physical or mental TEARS come out of our eyes, after some time the tears stops and we forget the PAIN  ,but in case of love if some one betrays you ,even after the tears stop, the pain deep in your heart always keep going .The author wants say the same thing in poetic manner.

  7. I'm guessing it means that if something bad happens you may appear to get over it in time but the pain will always be with you. 'The sting in my eyes' refers to tears.
