Ya i heard about there was a salmonella scare and i ttly believe it because i had finally trusted tomato's again and the next morning i was head over heals puking for half the day. right now i'm only eating on-the-vine tomatos which r like cherry tomatos, and most of the small ones te scare is pretty mich over by now so u shldn't have to many worries! :)

Latest I've heard it might've been jalapeno peppers or salsa. It's scary. Produce is supposed to be good for you!

Are you talking about the salmonella scare?  Last month there were tomatoes coming from Mexico that had salmonella bacteria in them.  The FDA OKed tomatoes a couple of weeks ago.

Now they're saying that it wasn't the tomatoes causing it. All of those poor farmers that lost SO much money only to find out that it wasn't even the tomatoes!
