  1. Its called topspin. I can't explain how to do it over the internet

go to youtube and search 'Tennis Forehand Topspin' and that will show you how.

  2. topspin/eastern forehand

u hold the racket a little more slanted... idk i cant explain it really

just go to videojug it RULES and gives u all the steps for everything tennis

  3. topspin.

  4. As others answers stated, it is called topspin and to use it, watch videos of Rafael Nadal's forehand and where his raquet is after he hits the shot.

  5. Lob

  6. It's called a topspin forehand, and it's easier to hit with a Western grip, although obviously it can be done with an Eastern grip (and a lot of wrist action).  Using a Western grip enables you to brush up on the ball at impact, which is how you generate topspin, much easier and without having to use your wrist too much, so you can swing as fast as you want or are able to.  On the follow-through, the more you swing up and across your body, like a windshield wiper-type of motion, the more topspin you'll generate.  You might also consider switching your strings to Luxilon, which is supposed to be much better for hitting extreme topspin.
