Whats this three phases of Scorpio mumbo jumbo?!?

I mean is there really a destinction between the three levels of scorpios.I am a Scorpio moon.I have resentlly found this out so I decided to do a little Scorpio research.As soon as I finally find that I am a moon in Scorpio,then there is this talk about 3 levels of Scorpio.The Phenoix,the Dove and I forget the other one.Could someone explain thisplease.Im begining to notice that Scorpio is one of the more complex signs to understand?

Scorpios operate on three levels of soul evolvement; adding up to three distinctively different types of Scorpios. The first level is the Scorpion. This is the least evolved and most drawn toward using their powers the wrong way. The criminal element of Scorpio comes under this level. Then there is the eagle - the highflying, entrepreneurial, successful Scorpio, who seems able to rise above adversity and transform bad-times into good. Then the highest expression of this sign is the Phoenix Resurrected. These Scorpios are detached and extremely powerful. They are wise beyond their years and act as leaders and are an inspiration to others. There are 3 phases that every Scorpio goes through. We are the only sign that has three separate representations of evolution:

Scorpion: The "low" level of the Scorpio personality. Young-minded, scheming, manipulative, and cold. Easily use people for their own purpose, then discard them like it's nothing.

Eagle: A much more emotionally mature Scorpion evolution. Much more aware, and insightful. Are considerate and helpful. At times can be Immersed in negative feelings, and self doubt but finds a way to come out of it wiser.

Phoenix: The highest level of evolution. Few reach this stage of total enlightenment. In this phase, the Scorpio is above anything petty, and live to help others over themselves. Very Intuitive and Caring of others welfare.
