Whats to Buy first a car or a house?

Now i am working in a multinational company with a good income. now i am using my byke to my company needs( Daily running nerar 150 Kms). I am planing for bye a new car or home . Which one is most important in life?

i would buy a home- homes always go up in value over the years, but a new car will start depreciating in value the second you drive it off the lot. if you really need a car badly, buy a cheaper one, and then you can also get a home, but don't waste money on a new car and give up a home in the process.

This is kind of a trick question. I would say buy an old car like a grandma car that wells kept or keep the bike. A new car will set you back financially and is never a wise investment. A house will set you back for a year but after your first year you could buy a new car with your first income-tax check.
