Whats type of font is...?

is tattooed on Val Kilmers neck in his new movie "Felon"? it looks like old english but in some old english fonts theirs a line going through the lowercase "s" and in his tattoo theirs no line. Could ya help me out?

It would be helpful if you can supply some sort of image of the tattoo you're talking about. It's a little tough to figure out by description alone...

font style : regular;

font size: 10px;

It probably isn't a specific font. I am guessing it was drawn. But it is in Old English style. There are a bunch of font in that style. The one I like is Dampfplatz.
