Whats up with FedEx??

Question

I made an order on August 21st and got shipped out the 22nd, I keep checking the tracking system and it doesn't update at all it keeps saying August 23rd and says Phoenix,Arizona and I live in Boston. It says I should get the package August 29th but I'm getting a little worried cause they haven't updated their delivery shipment info and its taking long. It has been 4 days since they haven't updated their info and I'm getting worried. Do you guys have any clues of when they update their info is it daily or what cause it still hasn't updated at all and I would appreciate it if you guys would help me, Thanks.

Did they give you a phone number to call?

Seems that would be quicker than typing this question, and spending 5 of your hard earned points.

You still have 2 days until the 29th.

But, at least when I mail packages via the U.S. Postal Service I know I have a 99.999 chance of delivery, without having to do the "tracking", even though it's now available with the U.S. Postal service, much cheaper too.

Thanks for reporting that Fed Ex sometimes fails, I'm sure they appreciate your question.

Chances are your package is on a rail car enroute from Phoenix to Boston.  The info won't be updated uintil the car is received and worked in their Boston terminal.

I bet you do get it on the 29th.

I've always had problems with Fedex it always seems like my packages are so late. I would find a number to call, plan on waiting a while to talk to someone though.
