  1. This incident just goes to show, these athletes that we watch and admire so much are normal people, with normal (and not so normal) problems...Rampage probably had issues before the match with Forrest, and losing the title probably didn't help.  (I know, that's an understatement)

  2. I don't know, but Quinton is the man.  I know he didn't deserve to win the fight against Forrest but he didn't deserve to lose unanimously either.  Something was up with him, he wasn't himself in that fight.  If you look when he weighs in he's much less in shape than he had been in previous fights.  His stomach didn't look as cut-up which to me is a sign that he didn't train as hard. He went five hard-fought rounds with Dan Henderson without being winded. It looks like he may have slacked going into this fight.  This arrest sucks too because I had a feeling he was going to get a rematch, train like he did for Liddell and Hendo, and woop Forrests ***.  He just wasn't himself that night.  I don't think the guy has ever been involved with the law, he's one of the best assets the UFC has, and he's a very good fighter.  He'll be back.

  3. maybe he's mad/upset bout losing the belt. or he could be mad that he has to potentially sit out on medical suspension until january cus of his knee/leg being messed up from the fight with forrest. cus that medical suspension would be a complete contradiction to what he said after the fight "you guys will never see me take a 8 month break again"

  4. He's being a typical black

  5. I'm guessing Dana White has really good lawyers that are involved.  Rampage is setting up to go to court for a "temporary insanity" plea.

Shouldn't be hard for Zuffa to find a psychologist who will say  "depressed, post-fight letdown, and the enourmous pressure of being a high profile prize fighter caused a temporary break in Mr Jackson's mental stability - he went on a short term rampage, but no longer is a threat to himself or the community".  (Get it?! Rampage?! bwahahaha. nevermind.)
