Whats up with all the cats in this section?

There is more than a few people who have pictures of cats as avatars. They seem to be mostly atheists(I'm sure not all). Does this mean anything?

It means they like kitties. cats don't follow like sheep. Cats have a mind of there own and don't feel the need to please anyone. They are lovable and sweet, and very smart.

Cats are smarter than dogs.  Dogs will follow any master.  Cats tolerate, dogs obey.

Seriously, there probably is a connection. Atheists may well share some compassion with cats, as they have both been persecuted by christians. Also, a lot of the Atheists on here are Pagan.
