im really tired lately, i have sleptt alot aswell but im just knackered

and everyday i just want to cry

i have had problems with friends but i dont know whether thats the problem

what do you do to prevent yourself from crying?

  1. Sorry that you feel this way. But you don't give enough details  ... are you young/old, single/in a relationship, general good health/had an illness.

    If you cannot find an obvious reason for your depression, maybe you should think about your nutrition and increase your exercise (if possible).


  2. Preventing yourself from crying isn't good for you- you need to let it all out, have a really good cry till you've got a banging headache and cant cry anymore, then ring your mates and sort the problem out.

  3. sorry to hear ...

    well wen im down and feel like that i often turn to something i really like

    (after thinking about the reason i cried/was it worth it)

    and thats usually the computer :P

    so basically i just go on msn and talk to mates and distract myself with things i like.

    there are times wen this happens and u just have to get through it best u can...

    i would recommend that u fixed any problems asap before it gets any bigger

  5. The tiredness could be down to a number of things:-

    1. When you sleep do you  sleep peacefully or are you restless

    2. It could be your age, young and body changing or older and needing more rest

    3. Have you any problems on your mind

    Best thing is go see a doctor, make sure its not a meical problem, if your feeling emotional...ie.crying, that could be because of your tiredness. I'm sure it'll be nothing serious.....Good luck :-)

  6. sounds like the start of an emotional problem! but you haven't provided enough information for me go on!

    it also sounds like you've been in abusive arguments, this is never good and can damage you psychologically, see why people are so pissed of all the time! fighting never helps anyone or anything, even if you you win an argument you never really win!

    Also being nasty to someone will often use more of your energy than theirs, have you been repeatedly nasty to people? this will often exhaust you! sometimes 2-3 days afterwards!
