Whats up with my body?

so when i run by myself..i can do it for more than 2 hrs but when i run with my crosscountry team.i burn out after 2 min. of running???

  1. You could be self-conscious when running with your team.  

    The intensity levels of running alone and running with your team may vary, causing you to be more tired at one time than another.  

    Are you eating the same before running by yourself and before running with your cross country team?  What you consume prior to running can have a pretty big effect on your running.  

    You should be properly-hydrated, and a small, sugary snack, like a banana, can be used for a little energy boost.
