Whats up with my honker?

Well, for the past couple of days or so, I've been having this weird aching pain on my nose ( like the tip of my nose. where you could feel the end of the bone.) a little red, but no bump or anything. Its now becoming very sore to touch. But hardly anything there. What could it be?

It's probably an underground zit. Give it a couple more days, and then see your doctor.:)
