Whats up with my workouts?

I have a workout routine, that I created myself for Wide Receiver training. I know it's a really good workout that challenges me because after I'm finished, my legs and my arms are nearly shaking. Yet, the next day I don't feel any soreness except in my neck, which leads me to believe its not working. What could be going on?

  1. Your body is probably just used to the workout, once your body gets used to it, it doesnt work the muscles as hard anymore. Try adding something new into your workout, that should help work the muscles harder.  


  2. add more weight or run further
