that prez has been in office for i think for 26 years, he's 84 yrs old... whatt does he have to do there now? and while ppl were voting, they had to show the police and stuff who the voted for. if the person u wrote on the card was not the current president, by the time u walk out hte door ur dead. what kind of election is this? its retarted. and the same thing going on in chad. chad hasnt had an election for the past 17 years because idriss deby wants to stay in office! whats up with that? some african countries need a democracy and us as americans should go help.

Don't be silly. Zimbabwe doesn't have enough oil or anything else to make it worth while. We don't care about people or democracy. We just use these terms to get the public behind us.

He's a barking mad power hungry despot ruler, as for you americans going to help, we're still paying in blood for the help you've given to Iraq, so i suggest we leave that one to the africans to sort out for themselves eh??

Anyway, liberals thought it was ok for the president of Iraq to run his elections that way, why the change of heart now?

Africans are corrupt. I'm  not saying it to be rasict, its actually true. I've lived in Africa for a long time, you wont find one person in government/police/army/taxi driver!/school/etc that won't try to squeeze money out of you.

Robert mugabe doesn't want to fairly pass the baton on with a free and fair election and will do anything in his power to not do it.

It's a mindset; a culture in Africa to eat, or be eaten.
