Whats up with the abercrombie fad in america?

i have noticed heaps of american girls love in on here. we havent got it in australia so i looked it up on the internet and WTF. its just like boooring and not fashionable, every second shop has clothes like that so whats the big deal? i just dont get it... O_o

haha my best friends name is ruby!! :)) but anyways to answer your question a lot of american girls hate abercrombie it just depends on the girl and what part of the US you live in it was pretty big between the ages of 12 and 14 but after that people get over it. but yes your right it is plain but I do admit that I do get most of my undershirts there. I used to shop there years ago a lot when I was younger and I just started to realize that EVERYTHING LOOKS THE SAME!! lol and I don't know why I would ever pay some company money out of my pocket to advertise there brand with the stupid logos that say ABERCROMBIE across my chest or that stupid little moose in the corner. :))

by the way I'm going to to be a transfer student in sydney for 2 years and then I'm moving when I'm 18 :)) so excited!! and yes your right it's def not that exspensive most people don't think it is but for some reason people on hear always say it is :/ I guess people just say it because there clothes really aren't great quality and not worth what people pay for them

I think Abercrombie's better than Supre/City Beach/Bape and all those terrible stores and brands. I just like it because it's similar to Cotton On.

I live in America, and I've been wondering the same thing.

Their stuff always looks the same! They never use different colors, patterns, textures..it's like they've got a one-track mind.

I dont get why price makes everything better, you know what i mean? If it's expensive , that makes it "have more quality". I personally love thrift stores and Gormans. If I can get it cheaper without sacrificing style, thats always better. I wish I thought up Ambercrombie, I could make cheap stuff and sell it for tripple the price!!lol.

shopping at abercrombie is an excuse for not being original enough to know to how dress yourself in a unique way to stand out.  everybody wants to look like an abercrombie model, so they buy tattered jeans, a striped polo with the collar popped and a sewn on number on the chest with threads hanging off, flip flops, and spiky hair or highlights.  get a life!
