Whats up with the uncrowned champ Fres Oquendo?

I hope you're joking- Fres Oquendo is probably the farthest thing that you'll get to an uncrowned champ.  There was a time when he was thought as a worthy contender and possible future champion, but that time has past a LONG TIME AGO.  He has lost ALL of his biggest fights:

Lost to David Tua by TKO.

Lost a title challenge to Chris Byrd by unanimous decision.

Lost another title challenge to the most boring fighter of all time- John Ruiz by TKO.

And lost to an ANCIENT Evander Holyfield by unanimous decision.

After the Holyfield loss, he has had 2 wins against "less than stellar" competition, and has not fought since July of last year.  He has nothing scheduled at the moment.
