Whats up with this k3 visa man?

y is there a delay in this k3 visa.filed in November but duh .....

no reply.....got my file number and no other changes at all....

how long will it take man?

anywhere from 6  to 9 months  or longerif papers not right

you're not the only one sending application for k3. my husband and i submitted our k3 application in march 2006 and didn't hear about it till july.

you just have to wait. it's only been 4 months... it would take about a year now.

It's going to take about a year.  There are a lot of people waiting for visas and you have to wait in line just like everyone else.  Everything is based on the date the application is received.
