Dont you think the show would be so much better if it were more technical wrestling and not all this brute force huge moves stuff. Personally its gotten annoying i remember when you watched wrestling and you saw all the little moves them wearing down their opponents than hitting one big move and its over. What happened to that. Personally WWE died when they brought cena and batista into the business.

  1. THANK YOU!!!!! SOMEONE UNDERSTAND HOW I FEEL ABOUT THAT c**p PEOPLE CALL WRESTLING!!! THANKS A LOT VINCE U KILLED WRESTLING FOREVER AND IT WILL NEVER BE GOOD AND EXCITING HOW IT USE TO BE!!

  2. Its not like it use to be, poor storylines, poor matches,

    Its Been Dibbed

    The PG Era

    The John Cena Era

    The Little Kiddys Era

  3. Yeah The Wwe Has Gone downhill i must admit and in a way your right you do still wrestlers doing moves that wear down oppnents but i think from what i see mostly heel type wrestlers do it like hitting an injured or just recoverd body part and so on but yeah wrestling is going downhill if it revived the tag n crusierweight divsion and had a better diva's divsion and actually focsued on what makes us fans happy instead of making money it may be better but i have to admit i still do enjoy it

  4. I can understand what you say about them dying when they hired John Cena and Batista. Technically, when they came in, it got better. Cena came in as some random guy but when he started the Dr of Thuganomics gimmick, that was awesome. His raps were hilarious. And Batista was a great addition as the muscle of Evolution.

Where they went wrong is when they started to push them.

John Cena was never meant to be given the World Title. He is great on the mic and all that, but not so much once he gets in the ring. Batista, on the other hand, when they started the whole thing with him rebelling against HHH and then destroying Evolution, then him beating HHH at Wrestlemania 21, I thought it could actually be good for WWE. But then I realized that Batista wasnt so much meant for the World Title either. Sure, it was a great feud, but Batista is all muscle, no ability, which is ***sadly*** exactly what Vince Mcmahon looks for these days.

But the biggest s***w up for them is when the awesome WWF turned into WWE and the Attitude Era came to an end because old Vince decided he wanted to go PG. Why? Because it will draw more kids, which means more money, and leave all the true wrestling fans that actually follow the stuff hanging high and dry??? Notice how the World Wrestling FEDERATION became World Wrestling ENTERTAINMENT.

Thats what they focus on now. Entertainment. Its more of a soap opera than a wrestling show. Which, I wouldnt neccesarily have a problem with this of all the storylines didnt have to be so kid friendly.

They also push the wrong guys. Cena, Batista, JBL FOR GODS SAKE!!!! Man b***s galore!!!!  They push all these talentless guys while the true talent like Matt Sydal, John Morrison, Paul London, Shelton Benjamin, and Shannon Moore are jobbing every week to guys that they would completely own in a Ring of Honor ring. Speaking of which......

Watch Ring of Honor. It is actually a great wrestling show with lots and lots of great matches. In fact, they have had around six 5 star matches in the last 4 years alone. http://www.rohwrestling.com/

Theres the site. Go and watch the Video Wire to get caught up on whats going on recently and you can also read the articles and everything. They are having the Labor Day sale until Tuesday morning at 9 so now is the perfect time to buy some of their DVDs....

    i recommend....

Supercard of Honor 3 (Muscle Outlawz vs Typhoon, Nigel McGuinness vs Austin Aries both ****3/4 IMO)

Dragon Gate Challenge 2 (Stenerico vs Muscle Outlawz is AWESOME ****1/2, Erick Stevens, Go Shiozaki and CIMA vs No Remorse Corps is pretty good as well ***3/4)

Man Up (Opening match is pretty good ***1/2, Ladder War is one of the most brutal matches you will EVER see ***** Yes 5 stars)

Good Times, Great Memories (Colt Cabana vs Adam Pearce great comedy match ***3/4, Briscoes vs Murder City Machine Guns is AWESOME ****1/2)

If you want to know anything else about ROH contact me I'll be glad to help.

  5. Yeah, it seems pointless to me.  I've never been much of a wrestling fan, but it's been running on Sci-Fi channel (For reasons unknown) and it's just brutal...

  6. I think that Batista & John Cena both sold huge matches, over the past few years. I think many people just say this because they just happen to be two top faces on the same show.

EDIT: It's not the John Cena era or the kiddie era. It's the "Everything has all been done with these top guys" era.

  7. i agree, since cena and batista joined the WWE. it's mostly about them...

  8. Umm no ur wrong, the WWE is doing alright, just go on youtube if u like to watch the old style of the Fabolous Moolah...

rock n wrestling u dont deserve to be top contributor go back to philipinnes

  9. if you dont like it dont watch it. thats not are promblem that  you dont like wrestling.

  10. No WWE died in WM 20 when great wrestlers was gone.

It was the end of the RAW we used to love.

Batista's role was awesome when he was with Evolution but when he moved to SD! he never got to the next level.

John Cena used to be the rapper gimmick and his feuds with Lesnar and Angle is awesome.

When the two of them got to stardom the WWE died.
