Yea it's kinda annoying, but sometimes people make mistakes, and plus you learn to ignore it.  You don't have to look at the question or answer it, you choose to not let it bother you.  And isn't it funny that someone who is complaining about questions in the wrong category put a question in the wrong category.  Haha, very funny.  Take your own advice, man.
