Whats with the movie masters Joker?

I can't find it anywhere, besides ebay of course. I've heard that it was discontinued from shelves, then it was back on the shelves yada yada. What's the deal?

  3. the action figure is really rare and hard to find. Once The Dark Knight movie comes out they are going to be very expensive
