Whats with these spiders?

i live near a small patch of woods and when i first moved in here i would allways have these tiny white spiders and occasinally a daddy long leg invading my house. lately tho the white spiders have seem to drop of the face of the earth and they are replaced by more daddy long legs and huge brown spiders with bodies about the size of quarters. i have seem about 5 of them so far. my carpet is brown so its hard for me to spot them the only way i have seen them is because of my cat. what do you think>

Daddy long legs vs. little white spiders : DLL wins. Your cat should eat some of em though
