Whats with this? Can someone tell me please!!!!!!!!?

Okay. My mum baught some weigh scales last week.

Im skinny tall, so like. yeah Im not fat or anything but..

I keep weighing myself everyday, at different times of course, but my weight has been going down from 50 to 49 in one day, the next its 53, then 55 ... Are the scales broken? or can someone actually gain that much in a days period o.O?

  1. It has to do with how much you've eaten, & the amount of water you've taken in.

    You're body retains water, so a fluctuation by a few pounds in normal when you have more food and water in your system, and when you have less.

    Its normal.

    Don't worry. =]

    Water adds a lot of weight girl, don't worry. As long as it isn't over a few pounds I wouldn't worry.

    Try to eat more too, if you don't eat regularly your metabolism goes down, and when you finally start to eat, it'll be harder to lose the calories.


  2. Its normal to have fluctuations in your body weight. I have about a 2 thru 5 pound difference every other day. It could be the amount of fluids you are drinking. Keeping hydrated is good for you.  

  3. The first thing you urgently need to do is to become literate.

    If you read what you have written in your question your spelling and grammar is equivalent to a 4 year old.

    If you do not know what literate means I suggest you look it up in the dictionary
