  1. both are terribly bad. but i mean smoking can affect you overtime. where as cutting is a psychological thing and it you don't stop or get help, it'll get worse and lead to suicide and mental problems and what not. so they both teh suck.

and what if you cut and get an artery and blood just goes everywhere. then what?! imagine the guy that has to clean up!

  2. i'd say smoking is worse. i don't know much about severe cutting can become, but i've only ever seen people with fairly light cuts. smoking on the other hand affects everything in your body.

  3. Well Deary There Both About Equal.

The effects of tobacco on health are significant, depending on the way the tobacco is used (smoked, snuffed or chewed) and the amount. Major health effects of smoking, the most common use of tobacco, include an increased risk in lung cancer and cardiovascular disease

When You Self Harm You Will Have: Swollen scars that do not go away.

Self-Harming Is Dangerous Because. One could die but chances are that they know what they're doing so Is About 50%. The Other 50% Now Exactly What They're Doing.

Hun I Would Suggest You Dont Do Either.

My Friend Use To Self-Harm Buhh To Went To Conceling And Now She Doesn't Anymore.

Again I Warn You They're Both Very Dangerous Things To Do.

    Hope This Helps.
