I say paracetamol.

It will effect badly your liver.

its very hard to overdose on ibuprofen, your body tends to throw up the pills. and theres no toxicety compared to paracetomol. paracetomol takes about 3 days. really really bad stomach cramps for 72 hours. a slow and painful death.

I cant see anything worst than having organ damage whcih can lead to death just by deliberately swallowing more drugs than what is intended. For paracetamol, one can have liver damage. In a large overdose, liver function deteriorates leading to jaundice, confusion, and loss of conciousness.
