Question:

Whats wrong? Is it anxiety?

I had to drop out of college because I couldnt handle being around so many people. I cant concentrate. I feel like I cant cope with every day things. I put off paying my bills and taking care of all of my responsibilities simply because I dont care enough because everything is too overwhelming. Its like a feeling of being self-concious but it consumes me completely. I just want it to go away and I've tried yoga and meditation and keeping diaries. I am unhappy because of this. I just want to live a normal life without feeling distressed about everything, big or small.

  1. Okay I know where you are coming from.

    I'm one of those people who cant concetrate in big groups.

    I also have anxiety attacks when I talk in front of people.

    My best advice is to slowly get some practice being around people

    & then slowly work your way to where you should be.

    I have noticed that big groups are diffcult to learn in.

    & have also noticed that I do better in small groups with several people

    in my class so I think you just need to make adjustments.

    Maybe try a smaller college so you can learn.
