Whats wrong wit my computer?

My both speakers are not working and when i scan my computer with comodo antivirus it says "system volume_notavirus" i cant watch youtube and listen to music anymore? how am i going to fix my computer speakers?? or if i bring it to a computer repair shop do u kno how much it would cost? pls help.
