Whats wrong with Sheer Cover makeup?

my mother in law heard people have been having problems. i use it and i have been getting a rash, i stopped using it and still have the rash though. anyone heard if the makeup is getting complaints?

I haven't heard of anything wrong with it.  Some people just get allergic reactions to certain types of makeup.
