So I want to be left alone. I like to be by myself almost 100 percent of the time the other .0001 percent is when I want to box with some one like my trainer. I am a 19 year old guy in college and just like to be alone. I dont like hanging out with my family or friends much, people just irritate me and like being alone. I guess what I want to ask is if it is wrong to want to be alone????? its not like I sit in my room or anything I am a very active person like boxing, climbing, fishing, hunting, basketball(shooting hoops by myself), jet ski, boating, swimming, lifting, etc. The only thing I really do with people is box, everything else I do by myself. So is it wrong to be withdrawn from society???

Also why is it such a big deal in our society to get married sometime in your life?? Because Im never getting married and people already think there is something wrong and I am only 19 just wait tell I am 40 and not married and single.

  1. I feel exactly the same way as you. It's not that you do not like people, but that you look at things differently than how you are "supposed" to. The fact that that you have good self-observation and deductive skills indicates that you like to live very passionately. Questioning if the way you are is bad and why people might think it is bad also signals that you are open minded and not stuck in one state of mind. I think you're awesome but I probably wouldn't be able to tell you that if I met you in real life. There's nothing wrong with being a lone wolf, do what makes you happy and don't look back.
