  1. you are nutz...you are as crazy as a cat in a carwash

  2. maybe ur pregnant

  3. Everyone at some point in their lives, goes through a period of sadness. Where you just feel like you're blue. However, if this period lasts for 2 weeks or more and shows no signs of lifting, you may be suffering with depression. The best advice that I can give is to go to your primary health care provider and inquire about seeing a psychologist. A basic mental health screening with a psychologist will determine if you have something to worry about, or if you're just having a case of "down in the dumps". Best wishes! ^_^

  4. Maybe you can use a little variety in your life! And also some change.  Do whatever makes you happy, and even if you don't want to talk to your friend or fiancee, it's always better to let it all out.

And don't listen to some of those stupid other answers, people are pathetic and don't bother to car about others feelings.

  5. Let's simply a difficult situation and break it down into simpler points, most involve you asking yourself how bad each situation truly is to determine a course of action...

    1.  Your job - Heck, if you're 75% satisfied with your job, you're doing better than most people on planet Earth.  If you're not incredibly unhappy with it, I would check that off your list of things you should immediately be concerned with/focus on.  If it's a bigger deal than that, then begin laying a course of action to find a new job (i.e. update your resume and have it reviewed by a professional, begin combing job-seeking websites, etc.).

    2.  Crying - How much do you cry, and do you know what you're crying about?  Is it about something specific, or just crying for no reason?  More on this later.

    3.  Feeling up then feeling down - How often does this happen, and how severe is it?  Do you know why it happens, or does it just seem to come out of nowhere?  Are you a morning person who starts off with a great day, chugs a lot of coffee, has a big lunch, then comes down in the afternoon?  Or, do you feel that this is a more un-natural experience?

    4.  Smoking - Bad idea.  I know, you've heard it a million times...I have too, I've been a smoker for 11 years.  It will effect your emotions much, much more than you realize.  Sure people can have a smoke "just to calm down".  But, smoking too many cigarettes in too short a period of time can cause a bad reaction...most notably an impending sense of doom and sadness (very similar to over-exposure to caffeine in a short period of time).  Quitting smoking will GREATLY effect your emotions.  In other words, QUIT NOW before it's too late.

    5.  Not wanting to talk to fiance or best friend - this I see as a big deal.  To me, these are two of the closest people in your life, and you don't feel like talking to them about your problems.  I would see this as an indicator of a bigger problem.

    6.  Not sleeping/dreams/nightmares - Again, this to me is a sign of a bigger issue.  It sounds like your mind can't shutdown while you sleep and has to continue processing what's bothering you.  You can't "let things go" and relax.

My advice, seek therapy.  Find a good therapist that you're comfortable and talk to him/her about this.  They often have strong backgrounds and studies in disorders, medications, remedies, etc.  They can also point you to a good doctor/psychiatrist who can prescribe medications.

It's not as if you need to go to months and months worth of sessions.  You may just be "down in the dumps" and need a few talks with a professional to see things in a different light and move on.  You may have a more severe issue that needs to be addressed with medication.

  6. Its sounds like either a case of depression or bipolar. ...I'm not an expert, so I would seek therapy for real answers.

Good luck and I hope you find out what you're looking for.
