Whats wrong with me?

For the past few days I have slight pain on my lower abdominal area it's not very severe but i'm worried i'm sure its not a UTI because i had one after I had my baby and I was diagnoses with Trich last month which I have gotten rid of and i haven't had s*x in a while more than two more as a matter of fact. Someone please Help me?

its very possible u threw out ur back by lifting some thing rong, it dosn't have to b heavy, if u lift it wrong ur bac can do that, u should look into chiropractics, it really helped me
