i.... been getting dizzy don't know why... laying in bed room started to spin for... 6 seconds.... am i delusional? help please...

Maybe it's because you didn't eat anything for a long time, or had less sleep. It could also be a sign of depression. Check with your doctor to see what it is.

Could you be pregnant?  That is not uncommon in pregnancy.  If not, check your blood pressure.

ur ear is responsible for balance, so when u have an infection inside it, it might make the room spin around u because u lose ur sense of balance. See a doctor they might be able to prescribe u something. My mum had this problem. The room was spinning around so much she was actually sick!!
