Whats wrong with my back tuck?

well i can do a standing tuck on the trampoline, but when i do it, its soooo long that i end up taking up the whole trampoline and i can barely fit it. are there any cheerleaders or gymnasts out there that know why this is happening and can help me?

  1. okay i have been tumbling ince was 5 you need to set high and stay pulled untill you land. dont let out  early. go up not out . it isnt at all like a bckhandspring where you arch


  2. Okay, you need to set and when you set you swing your arms straight up and do not rotate until your arms are by your ears. Good luck!

  3. Ive been tumbling and a cheerleader for five years. Its really easy on the trampoline just jump as high as you can and jump straight up and bring your knees to your chest dont jump back, just jump STRAIGHT up itll take you higher and youll rotate

  4. do tuck jump drills, set UP not back, drive your knees UP strong

    do like 5 tuck jumps to a tuck (remember, where you set is where you will go, set UP UP UP not back)

  5. You are throwing your head back so try to just keep it in my coach helps me with these.
