Whats wrong with my camera? 10 POINTS!!?

sometimes it just shuts off or it takes a lot of tries to turn it on.

The battery is dying, or has a short life. If your camera is fairly new, you should get a refund.

do you have the right batteries? my camera did the same, sent it to the factory to get it checked out. and found out that the camera only takes one kind of battery (2000mAH)..
